Projects available Developing Skills in integrating Word Intermediate Word and Databases Basic spreadsheets and charts Developing skills in using Publisher PowerPoint and peripherals Memories on TV Virtually Archibald – ICT in Visual Arts (Stage 3)

Project format 2 or 3 half-day workshops (3.30 – 6.30 pm) Planning time (half or full day) –Participants work in groups to develop lessons/lesson plans that integrate ICT 2 hr project evaluation meeting – term 4

Project structure Workshop 1 focuses on how to use the software Workshop 2 focuses on how to integrate the software into teaching and learning programs Planning day focuses on participants developing lesson plans on using the software Project evaluation to guide future projects and project format/structure

Project aims To improve the ICT skills of teachers To assist teachers in the integration of ICT into teaching and learning programs To provide useful strategies and resources in the integration of ICT skills To develop a bank of resources that can be shared with schools within and beyond Sydney Region
