UTICT – ICT Policy Implementation Technical Unit is the executive arm of the Public Sector Reform Inter-Ministerial Commission (CIRESP) a government organization chaired by the Prime Minister and mandated to oversee the public sector reform in general and the construction of the Information Society trough implementation of the approved ICT Policy. CIEUM CIUEM – a unit within the university dedicated to service provision, research and extension: works in all technical areas of ICT, training, content development and Web, distance learning platform, etc; pioneered national telecentre and CMC movement.
