Presenters’ Guidelines  Provide us with your FINAL presentation by deadline – April 1 st  All Presenters and Co-presenters need to make themselves available for presentation sessions from Tuesday noon, May 29 through Thursday afternoon, May 31. Detailed agenda will be posted on the Exchange website, closer to the conference. Exchange website  Think about what parts of your story will interest the audience.  Remember your title & abstract: this is your promise to the audience, they will expect you to tell a story that matches the title & abstract  Always face and speak to the audience.  Be prepared, rehearsed, ready and on time.  Expect and provide time for questions and answers. All presentations will be 45 minutes in length. While typical presentations should be approximately 30 minutes, this will depend on the specific content of your session. Please plan on leaving ample time (10-15 minutes) for questions at the end of your workshop.

Presenters’ Guidelines (2)  Please check your slides in advance to ensure your audience can see the images and text colors in your presentation. Images on the screen using 1024 x 768 should be legible from 10 m away. Typeface Arial minimum font size 14 pt  Presenters must supply their own laptop for presentations(these are not provided in the rooms). Please have all you material for your presentation loaded on one laptop to prevent switching midway through a session. Presenters must provide presentation tools (laser pointers, remote mouse etc.) power cords and other proprietary cords to connect to the projector.  The Emerson Global Users Exchange is not responsible for the security of personal items or equipment during the conference.
