3 Tata GeMS Overview TATA GeMS is a 3 month long online development program It is designed to equip Tata executives with the skills, knowledge and perspectives essential to working effectively in managerial roles The program is structured as a combination of approx. 30 online classes and 2 days of physical classroom sessions to impart softer skills that cannot be effectively transmitted online.

10 Since e-learning is a new way of learning, here are a few points to remember There will be a time delay – Faculty presentations (ppts) and their speech may not reach you instantly. Also, when you ask a question, there may be a slight delay before it reaches the faculty – so please be patient Please make sure that you are in a room where there is no background noise Please “log in’ to each session at least 10 minutes early If the system logs you out during the session, please click on the link that has been sent to you for that session and you will be able to get in again Please use your headset and not your computer speakers as far as possible You need a regular broadband connection to attend these sessions.
