Snowy Owls By Megan Presland

Basic Facts snowy owl are birds The size of snowy owls is 53-65 cm in length Snowy owls are as white as snow. They have thick feather. They have black dots or lines on their feathers.

Habitat Their habitat is in the Northern part of Asia, far North and Northern Canada.

Diet Snowy owls eat lemmings and rodents. They catch lemmings and rodents with their beak or their claws.

Place in the food chain Snowy owls eat lemmings and rodents. Arctic foxes and wolves eat them.

Why is this Animal Endangered? They are endangered because people are hunting them People are destroying their habitat Global warming.
