Notepad in Tally This Add-on has been developed to make, important notes related to your business or any kind of important note, which helps you to remind all your works.

Benefits Create your notes in Tally. Reminds your daily notes and easy to search.

Set up : 1.Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add On Features Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Notepad?”

2.After enabling the Add-on, go to F11 “Features” > F1 “Accounting Features” “Allow Zero Valued Entries” set to “Yes”

3. First you have to create one ledger “Notepad” under Provisions Group, as shown in the screen shot below.

4. And then we have to create Memorandum Voucher, so to enable Memorandum vouchers, go to F11 “Features” > F1 “Accounting Features” > “Use Reversing Journals & optional Vouchers” to “Yes”

5. Make new Voucher type “Notepad” under Memorandum Voucher as shown in screen shot below. and Set “Use as Notepad” to “Yes” as shown in the below screen shot.

Now, Go to “Gateway of Tally” > Alt + N (Notepad),as shown in the below screen shot.

Now, you can make your important note here, for example screen shot is shown below:

To view reports, go to “Gateway of Tally ”> “Display Menu” > “Notepad Report” as shown in the screen shot given below.

Now you can see your notes and Subject wise filter and Date wise filter to search your Notes that you created as shown in below screen shot.
