Types of Science Science is all around us— you may not even know it!

Physics study of motion, force, magnetism, light, and sometimes work with roller coasters.

Oceanography study of ocean animals/plants and features of the ocean floor.

Geology study of rocks and the earth’s history.

Botany study of flowers, trees, and all plants.

Geography study of mountains, valleys, borders of countries, and the surfaces of the Earth.

Chemistry study of atoms, matter, and chemicals.

Zoology study of animals such as elephants, cows, and birds.

Ecology study of how both plants and animals interact and have a relation with the environment.

Astronomy study of the sun, moon, stars, and outer space.

Meteorology study of weather such as hurricanes, tornadoes, rain storms, and sunny weather.

So those are just some types of sciences!
