Group 3- Building and sustaining Academic rigor

All-round development of student with emphasis on knowledge and concept should be strong. Assessment of learner should replace the assessment of learning and concepts clarity. Activities, projects, role plays, charts, posters during formative assessments should not dilute the academic standard. Good practices should be followed. Appraisal should be integral part of the system.

Primary level- communication and comprehension, mathematics, surroundings (environment), integration of ICT, story telling. Secondary level- focus on result, presentation of thought, onus of learning, Use of technology Pedagogy is the driver, Technology is the accelerator. Encouraging creativity, collaboration, teamwork, projects, Inquiry and enquiry, combatting failures and flipped class rooms, active learning ……
