Not pie in the sky T > Time bound E > Extendable. Having reached the goal, extend. R > Responsible. Does your goal affect others?

Personal Goals Make personal goals of health, mind, profession and spiritual well being – Example. “I would like to lose 10 pounds in 3 months” – I would like to go for a walk 5 times a week – I would like to read one book a month – I would like to get a Master’s degree or Professional certification – I would like to practice introspection once a week Write down incidents which resulted in sub optimal response from yourself Introspect on how you could have improved
