Before we begin our nature walk or any activity we need to properly warm up. WE need to stretch all of the muscles that will be involved in each activity. Tylertown is famous for their Sonic Drive In. Sonic has a different variety of foods that contain many calories. They have menu and nutrition list on the website listed at During this activity, we will determine how many calories each person consumes in one meal and how many he burns while walking. A person weighing 130 pounds will burn 207 calories if he walks 2 laps around at a moderate speed at Holmes Water Park.
