When?April 1997 Who are we and where are we from? 1.Old Guys Network (graduates from the Moscow State University) 2.Brain Drain (different research institutes – RAS, think tanks and analytical centers) 3. Academic outcomes (annually, on average for the IIMS in total): one Russian monograph, at least 2-3 articles for international SSCI-rated journals, at least 10 articles for leading Russian journals Analytical output (annually, on average): 5-7 analytical papers for the government (with further possibility of publication in the mass media) and 1-2 HSE policy paper
