CURRENT ACTIVITIESFUN FACTS During this week, the construction fencing will expand to include the entire construction area for BSRL. During this week, demolition activities will create some noise near the Keating loading dock and the stair at the southwest corner of the Medical Research Building. During this week, landscape and hardscape demolition will begin. Existing boulders, rip-rap, and gravel is being salvaged and re-used for the new landscape design- this is a part of the University’s efforts to support sustainability. It takes 30’ deep concrete caissons to shore up the existing buildings so we can dig and build the BSRL basement.
