FSIS PGA Message Set Pilot Electronic submission of Import Inspection Application for meat, poultry and egg products (FSIS form ) Started April 27, 2014 Two brokers Three Ports of Entry (Champlain NY, Houston TX and Philadelphia PA) Expanded to include additional POEs in 2014 Sweetgrass MT, NY/Newark NJ, Wilmington DE, and Savanah GA. Expansion March/April 2015 Working with additional software provider 3-5 additional brokers Additional POEs on West Coast To date, 400+ entries filed in production environment 3

Getting Started Start efforts with an ABI Software Vendor now ABI software vendors must be certified to file ACE entry summary Ensure software vendors/developers have a clear understanding of business process Comprehensive understanding of the importer/broker requirements is critical for successful implementation Ensure engagement with CBP Client Representatives Engage with customers further along the supply chain to maintain continuity of operations Coordinate data needs in a paperless environment 4
