Punch! Pro Platinum Home Design Adding Windows

Click on the Floor Tab, and then click on the Window icon. Your cursor will now have a little window attached to it. On the Preview Bar, you will see the different types of windows to choose from. Choose the second one called the Casement/Picture Window.

Living/Dining Area On the bottom exterior wall, install two windows. First, count over 6 ½ feet from the left side and click on the wall. Next, count 6 ½ feet from the right side and click to install another window.

Living/Dining Area [continued] On the left exterior wall, count up 6 feet from the bottom and click on the wall to install a window. On the right exterior wall, count up 6 feet from the bottom and click on the wall to install another window.

Kitchen Windows In the kitchen, count down 5 ½ feet from the top of the right exterior wall. Click to add a window. On the top exterior wall, count 4 feet from the right and click to add a window. Using the selection tool [Pointer] resize this window [click the left side of the window and drag right] to be 2 feet wide. Change your type of window [using the options on the Preview Bar] to a Double Hung Window [the first one].

Bathroom Window On the top exterior wall, count 4 feet to the right of either bathroom wall. Click to add a window. Resize this window to be 2 feet wide. [should be resized by default]. Note: the next slide shows a different way to resize the window.

Resizing Windows To change the width, height, elevation can be resized by typing in the specific measurement desired. Measurements are resized when you press ENTER on the keyboard. To resize the window, click on the window.

Bedroom Windows On the top exterior wall, count over 5 feet from the left and click to add a window. Resize to 2 feet wide. On the left exterior wall, count down 6 feet and click to add a window. Resize to 3 feet wide. Select the Casement/Picture window style on the Preview Bar at the right.
