An integrated and easy to use set of technology tools can support an enhanced collaboration environment. Project Directive The project will begin by replacing the existing telephone system with IP video phones and seamlessly integrating them with the newly upgraded video conference rooms. This means that staff will get integrated services such as audio, video, presence, mobility, conferencing and white boarding across all University campuses Quite a challenge for the UC Program given current state of the Video Conferencing systems and that the University has five major campuses spread around Qld including four satellite locations Unified Collaboration
