Theme For Day 2 Today, you will have lots of opportunities to experiment, laugh, make mistakes, have some fun, and learn to give feedback in a helpful and meaningful way.

Theme For Day 2 What’s it like to be the MI Trainer? (Note: Please refrain from eating each other)

MI & Reflective Learning Reflecting on thinking and on experience is fundamental to the way people change as a result of MI conversations. Reflecting on your learning is key to developing as a trainer.

Looking Back on Day 1 What comes to mind as most important to you? What made you think? What questions arose? What did you notice? (Or not notice)
