Music Boosters - Jazz Cabaret Night Committees Event Program Creating the Event Programs for Jazz Cabaret Night using Microsoft Publisher. The program will include performances, composers, musicians, shout outs, fundraising events, company ads (w/ logos) and thank you’s. Task requires collecting/generating the necessary information. Then scaling and placement of that information to create a neat and organized program. Chair Person: Connie Kearns Co-Chair Person: TBD Event Setup Organizing volunteers to set up the event using a predetermined layout. Arranging tables, seating, desserts, drinks and fundraising areas. Students, if available, are involved in initial setup of tables and chairs. Responsible for setting up lighting and extension cords for the food, beverage and fundraising tables. Stage set up and decorations committee may also need assistance. Other miscellaneous duties as needed. Chair Person: Mike O’Hara

Music Boosters - Jazz Cabaret Night Committees Decorations Coordination of decorations for the event. Includes table linen, place settings, table decorations, stage backdrop and other miscellaneous decorations. Will work with faculty/suppliers to obtain supplies as needed. Chair Person: TBD Co-Chair Person: TBD Tickets In charge of Ticket sales prior to the event as well as ticket collection at the event. Coordinating with faculty to ensure the Ticket website information is accurate and functioning. Tracking ticket sales so website can be shut down should the event be sold out. Music Boosters - Jazz Cabaret Night Committees Refreshments Food/Beverage Supply Coordinator Obtains supplies needed to serve food and beverages (Coffee/Tea/Punch bowls/Ice Cart). Some supplies need to be ordered. Others are obtained from the kitchen or supply area. Will need to coordinate with Decorations committee during event setup. Chair Person: Maria Fenton Dispensing Food/Beverages Coordinates serving of desserts and beverages. Sign-up Genius may be used by parents to list the food they are bringing. Need to ensure someone is available to receive food from parents the afternoon of the event. Dessert area need to be staffed. Coffee, punch and water bottles are self-serve but need constant monitoring. Chair Person: Kathleen D’Arcangelo Co-Chair Person:

Music Boosters - Jazz Cabaret Night Committees Teacup Raffle/Fundraising Solicit/obtain donations. Sign-up Genius/NWC Jazz Cabaret Night webpage may be used to solicit/obtain donations. Coordinates volunteers for dispensing of raffle tickets during the event. Coordinates drawing at the event to determine prize winners. May work with decorating committee as needed to enhance presentation of event. Chair Person: Sue Davis Event Break Down Handles breakdown of event. Parents/audience assist in breaking down and storing chairs in a predetermined area. Someone needs to make sure the chairs and other vendor supplied equipment are located in this designated area for pick-up. Other responsibilities include breaking down dining, dessert and beverage tables. May also assist in removing decorations and breaking down the stage. Chair Person: Mike O’Hara

Chair Person: (Handled by Tri-M: Kevin Kearns) NWC Faculty Supported Tasks: Administration and General Support Publicity EMCEE Coordination of Art Rich Photography Sound System & Lighting Decorations: Tables/Chairs (Order & Delivery/Pick-up Table Linens (Order & Delivery/Pick-up)
