Decisions & Goals Decision Making-Skills: Help to make good choices and find healthy solutions to problems. Goal Setting Skills: Help take control of life and provide direction. Decision Making: The process of making a choice and finding a solution.

The Decision-Making Process Is a Series of Six Steps: 1: 2: 3: 4: 5: 6: State the Situation List the Options Weigh the Possible Outcomes Consider your Values Make a Decision and Act Evaluate the Decision
