Missing 1 = Warning Missing 2 = Suspension Start a fresh all previous warnings cleared Transport & Room Bookings Give plenty of notice. Don’t forget to write in the boxes. Trip Registration 2 days before trip. Trip authorised before you leave.

Trip Registration First Aider Assign transport to each member. Add in any changes before you leave.

First Aid Fill in accident report form with as much detail. Top up your first aid bag in the SU. Member has gone to hospital please report to the SU ASAP especially if serious. No First Aider = No Session/Trip

Sports Facilities Please book any additional training times with Sarah/Jane. If you are bringing external speakers or teams onto campus you will need authorisation from University. Please arrange with Sarah/Jane.

Transport

Please give us at least 48 hours notice to book rooms. Jane is out the office on Friday to book rooms for weekend. The rooms need to be left the same way as found. Please pick up your rubbish. Room Bookings
