Biggest Loser Contest

BEFORE:

Time Frame Introduce contest at Leadership Training Update at Region Seminars March 1 st – Each local president sends name of the “Biggest Loser” from their county to their region director (highest % lost) All 7 region winners are announced at 2012 Annual Conference “Biggest Loser” overall wins complimentary registration to FSNA’s 2013 Annual Conference!

How? Take a “before” and “after” picture Weigh in and write your weight down on a piece of paper – no one has to know your start weight Largest % lost will win in each division Have competitions within your county – between schools/kitchens, district office, involve anyone in food service. Invite a representative from Weight Watchers to your chapter meeting Encourage each other! Take a walk before/after your meeting or do a dance break!
