Supporting the spiritual functional capacity COLLECTIVE GRACE AT LUNCHTIME AimsThe elderly  Gets time and space to practice his religiousness. Practices his religiousness together with others Method/activity  It is asked who wants to say the grace before lunch starts  One elderly chooses a grace (from a book or on his own)  The elderly present are informed about the upcoming grace  One elderly says the grace loudly before the collective lunch starts Carer  Asks who wants to say the grace  Gives the book of graces to the elderly (if necessary)  Makes the sign of the cross to start the grace  Helps the elderly to start with the prayer (if necessary)  Says the grace if no one of the elderly wants to Tools book of graces

Supporting the phycho-social functional capacity FEEL ITSELF AS AN UNIQUE PERSON AIMS  Elate mood, improve perception (sense) about itself, improve socialization improve memory METHOD / ACTIVITY (5-6 person)  remember a story about your previous life (find some photos according to this story)  tell the story in a small group Carer  ask elderly to think a story about itself and find the photos according to this story  form a small group of elderly (5-6 person)  organize talking meeting for 1 hour  find a comfortable room  ask tell the story to another  let ask questions TOOLS  comfortable room with seats for 6-7 person  personal photos Comment: every meeting the new person and his/her story!
