RECYCLE THE GOVERNENT WILL PAY FOR PROJECTS TO HELP CITY COMMUNITIES TO IMPROVE THEMSELVES IF YOU WANT BETTER TRASH SERVICES, LESS POLLUTION AND MORE RECYCLING YOU CAN WRITE A LETTER TO THE GOVERNMENT
