General Information The shark fits in with the fish. The sharks scientific name is Carcharodon carcharias. The sharks lifespan is 30-40 years.

Physical Characteristics The shark Is grey on the top and white on the bottom. The shark is 12’-20’ and ways up to 7,040 lbs. The shark has scales even though you can’t see them.

Habitat The shark can line in places like North America, Southern Africa, and Australia. These places are warm enough for the shark to live there. The shark can smell its food. Sharks lay eggs they do not have babies without shells. Sharks can have 1 or 2 babies.

Interesting Facts Sharks detect their own prey. Islanders used shark teeth for razors. Sharks have suburb vision.
