2 CMS RFP Earlier this year, the steering committee released an RFP for a new CMS. The effort became larger than originally anticipated leading to the Enterprise Content Alignment Program (ECAP.) Committee agrees 2 vendors would fit criteria  Committee is asking to send CMS Charter to Triage for IA

3 Steps for Program  Collage is being replaced with WCM  ECCE is 90% complete and in production  Branding: Charter complete and in IA; some work will need to be O&M since there is no depreciation  Develop Proof of Concept for new CMS  Redesign ERCOT.com  Create Intranet
