Homework 3 Complete the practice questions on population and settlement

The Birth rate remains high in stage 2 because its at a LEDC and which has a growing population and natural increase the birth rate and death rate move apart as the birth rate increases and the death rate decreases Child immunisation could affect Kenya’s population growth by it increasing as children wouldn’t catch diseases and pass them onto other people meaning more healthier people, less deaths, meaning the population would increase Antenatal and postnatal care will also affect Kenya’s population growth by it increasing as there would be health care for both the parent and baby through and after pregnancy meaning there would be less deaths and higher population due to more health care. Population structure means the composition of a population. When looking at the population structure of a place it shows how the population is divided up between males and females of different age groups
