Who Does What Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the leader, visionary and creative genius behind the whole operation. S/he leverages Web start-up experience and understanding of systems development methods to forge relationships with key industry players to bring immediate key strategic partnerships to the table. Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the strategist and builder who brings strategic, management and technical expertise to the venture. S/he successfully manages and motivates the team, turns concepts into products, and understands the range of business and technical issues involved in running his business. Must be able to define web strategies and manage technical projects. Must have excellent management skills as well as subject matter knowledge. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) brings financial, strategy and start-up experience to the venture. Must drive funding strategy and build financials for the venture. Must make key contributions to business strategy. Financial wizardry is a job requirement.

Who Does What Technical Director brings both technical expertise and goal-oriented management to the venture. Should be able to design build, develop, market and host a web site. Partnership Director establishes and manages key relationships. Sales and presentation skills must be coupled with client and project experience. Must be a business-minded practitioner, coach and mentor. Sales Director establishes and manages key advertising relationships. Must have experience in online advertising space as well as ability to manage sales force. Customer Relationship Management Director deals with customer needs and translates them into positive results. Optimizes utilization of subject matter experts and refines the site as a whole to meet user needs. Must have excellent and exceptional interpersonal skills. Must turn the voice of the customer into the power of the web site.

Who Does What Marketing Director is the person who will leverage Web and traditional marketing experience; prove himself master of the targeted niche market share; create and develop marketing collateral and advertising materials; and focus on measured results. Creative Director/Asset Manager is the standard bearer and quality hawk who sets the direction for harvesting and refining intellectual assets into commercial copy and products.
