What Is It Week 1 – January 18 – 22 – Nutrition Week 2 – January 25 – 29 – Mental Health Week 3 – February 1 – 5 – Physical Week 4 – February 8 – 12 – Life Balance

Why Should I Do It We put lots of effort into planning worthwhile events CFMS is giving us prizes based on participation numbers The Wellness Committee is sponsoring $500 prizes for the winning teams

How Do I Do It Step 1 – Like the Facebook Page – “CFMS National Wellness Challenge – University of Saskatchewan”

How Do I Do It Step 2 – Find 3 friends to join your team of 4. There must be at least 1 of each gender on the team.

How Do I Do It Step 3 – Fill out a Tracking Sheet.

How Do I Do It Step 4 – Add it to the Google Drive – it will allow us to keep all the tracking forms in one place. Ut3aGc&usp=sharing Ut3aGc&usp=sharing

How Do I Do It Step 5 – Do it for real There are challenges for each day, week, and month. Ex. Get 7 hours of sleep, Attend the Eating on a Budget Talk, etc. Some challenges require pictures – upload them to our Wellness Month Page (CFMS National Wellness Challenge…)

How Do I Do It Step 6 – There is no step 6. Go and have fun, collect points, have some friendly competition.
