The Family Your family is a mom, dad, and two kids ages between 5 and 11. Only one parent works. Your spouse can have a part time job but you must write down where you saw the job so I can check. Part time is 20 hours a week. To work out the part time income 20 x hourly wage= weekly income weekly income x 4 = monthly income

The Roof Over Your Head If the advertisement says UTILITIES are included then you only have to pay for the phone, TV and internet. You need at least 2 bedrooms!

Utilities Electricity: look up the average cost for the size of the house or apartment. Phone: You already have the phone you just need to pay for service. Internet: You can find this info online! TV: Your options are cable, dish or plain old TV. You can find the cost online.

Transportation You can buy a used car or lease a new one. Remember you must have car insurance. You can find insurance rates online!

Insurance Health: Look it up! Car: Look it up… You will need full coverage! Renters: Look it up »Search: average cost of renters insurance in Houston Texas.

Food You can search the average cost of feeding a family of four in Houston Texas. Remember Eating out is expensive! Eating at home can be very cost effective!
