The Paradigm Shift Globally human society is subjected to too much change in too little time. A paradigm shift in corporate scenario is also being experienced - that is from mechanistic and linear to a more organic and Holistic.

Globalization World is now economic global village. What about cultural, emotional, intellectual interactions, that can bind the villagers together.

Diversity and Inclusion … Cultures differ greatly in processes, attitudes, and approaches to daily activities – essential activities in the workplace. Communication styles, decision- making styles, attitudes toward conflict, approaches to completing tasks, attitudes toward disclosure, and approaches to knowing also differ.

Cultural Intelligence The newest accepted facet of intelligence, finding a place alongside emotional, interpersonal, and social intelligence. The ability to understand and learn other cultures, and to deal successfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Spiritual outlook in corporate world In this age of shifting paradigm it has become all the more important to enjoy your day to day work as well as take pride in creating a work atmosphere conducive to human growth. All this needs a reconnection to the very root of ourselves – Spirituality

Spirituality is Universal Spirituality deals with enlightening one’s thoughts, emotions and intrinsic tendencies. In simple terms it is the most evolved and comprehensive science of psychological, sociological and moral development, and ultimate progress.

Spirituality is Universal It brightens the intellect together with inculcation of sensitivity towards fellow beings and towards the grace of Nature. Our inner potential can be best gauged only by broadening our understanding of our surroundings and nature of our inner being.

Understanding Spirituality Inculcating and imbibing Virtues and Divine qualities. Refinement of personality based on higher and nobler dimensions of Self. Basic human nature. The zeal of human race to survive in adverse conditions, facing extremities of nature points towards the inherent potential.

Some Misconceptions Most of the time Religious practices has been inappropriately associated with Spirituality. In fact various religions and religious practices guides about the ways and means to realize the underlying unity of the Self with the universe.

Spirituality … Spiritual principals are universal and pertain to pure consciousness. They talk of harnessing inner potential. In fact spirituality forms the core of all religions.

Workplace Spiritual attitude is the most effective preventive and remedial measure against all kinds of problems and stresses in work.
