AMC CONTRACT SCOPE The Scope of work includes: Comprehensive maintenance support both for Software and Hardware of SCADA/EMS system installed under SR ULDC scheme covering all control centers in SR (Sub-LDCs, SLDCs, RLDC). Deployment of trained engineers at SRLDC and all SLDCs (one engineer at each location) 24x7 support for all critical faults within 30 minutes Service level agreement at assured availability (penalty in case assured availability is not maintained) Well defined preventive maintenance schedule.
