O N THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

AT THE AIRPORT Report to Teacher-in-charge upon arrival ：  Sec 3: 张老师  4S3: Mrs Ng  The Rest: Dr Ang

 Once group check-in is done, you will be given time to say goodbye to your family members  Report at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the closure time  Behavior at the airport  Clear water bottle before going through the customs and board the plane  Have a jacket with you on board the plane  Needed when get out of the airport and upon arrival at the dorm

ON BOARD THE PLANE

 NOT allowed to change seat – just go according to the seat allo cation  If you want to change, it should be done only after the plane has taken off.  Constant complaints by air stewardess that our boys changed seats and caused a lot of confusion and disruption!

 Keep passport in your bags and NOT to leave it in the seat pockets.  Students have, on several occasions in the past, left passports in the seat pockets  Had to be brought back to the plane to pick up the passports, holding up the entire group.

 Consumption of liquor is not allowed.  No playing of cards on board the plane.  Watch out on your noise level on board the plane.  Don’t be a nuisance to the others.  Be considerate

UPON ARRIVAL AT AIRPORT

 No student is to stray off and get out of the airport on his own  No student is to leave for the toilet or to any of the shops without the permission of the teachers
