Restaurant Concept Description Sample The Global Gourmet Food Truck is a quick--‐service food truck traveling the streets of ProStartville, offering a wide selection of international gourmet sandwiches to a broad range of clientele. The Global Gourmet Food Truck utilizes both a commissary kitchen as well as a food truck to bring food directly to the citizens of ProStartville. The food truck navigates the streets of ProStartville Monday through Saturday. Our day begins at 8 a.m. where we prep for our lunch shift until 10 a.m. We hit the road at 10:30 a.m. and serve lunch until 2:00 p.m. From 2:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. we prepare for dinner service. We serve dinner from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. Hours of service can vary based on catering, events, and location.

Restaurant Concept Description Sample continued… Our business takes advantage of modern technology by using an app to draw in a younger clientele. With the app, customers are able to order and pay for their food up to thirty minutes prior to the beginning of a service, for a quick and streamlined experience, ideal for business professionals and those with a busy lifestyle. Clients can find our weekly location schedule on the app as well as the website, which is posted every Sunday. Customers can also find information from our streaming social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Vine, and Instagram. Our menu includes a diverse assortment of sandwiches inspired by varying cultures around the world. The restaurant’s concept incorporates Mediterranean, Asian, and Ethiopian flavors, among others, into our dishes to bring international experiences to our customers at a reasonable price.

Restaurant Concept Description Sample continued… The Global Gourmet Food truck caters to a broad variety of clients in hopes of bringing a memorable experience to each guest. The diverse selection of sandwiches aims to bring creative, international flavors to the streets of ProStartville. Additionally, our menu allows for special 5 dietary restrictions. The menu offers vegan, vegetarian, gluten--‐ free, and dairy--‐ free options so that everyone in ProStartville can be included. The menu is not only reasonably priced, but it also offers options that kids will love: the gyro burger, fried mashed potato balls, basil strawberry lemonade, and bacon brownie are all kid--‐ friendly menu options. Our quick service is also an added benefit to families on the go. Though The Global Gourmet Food Truck targets young adults and professional business people, the food truck’s mobility appeals to a large variety of customers. Our scheduled locations throughout downtown ProStartville include ProStartville University, several corporate office buildings, retail businesses, and urban high rise housing. Our access to this marketplace gives us an edge over stationary restaurants because of our ability to travel directly to our customers, instead of them having to come to us.

Conclusion Sample The Global Gourmet Food Truck provides a fast and convenient dining experience to citizens and visitors of ProStartville. Our carefully crafted menu provides an opportunity for customers to enjoy unique, international food at reasonable prices. With the use of our app, customers are able to order their food and select a pick--‐up time thirty minutes prior to the beginning of the lunch or dinner shift, while the Global Gourmet Food Truck remains in their pockets at all times. Both our commissary and on--‐ board kitchen are suited for service of a large volume of people. Using portable tables and chairs provides seating for those not on the go and want to sit and enjoy their food.

Conclusion Sample cont… Our coupon code ensures an initial interest in The Global Gourmet Food Truck, and, when paired with the invaluable technology seen in the app, it is yet another way we are truly connecting with citizens of ProStartville. The Pop Up Mall exposes ProStartville to our business and generates excitement for our grand opening. Our use of biodiesel, organic and local ingredients, and fresh herbs from our garden appeals to the progressive population of ProStartville; including both simple and exotic options appeals to a wide demographic. This will contribute to a steady, growing customer stream as our business continues to expand.
