Thomas Edison

Personal Information He was born on the 11 th of February 1847 in Milan, USA. He had six children and he marred twice. Sadly he died on 18 October Thomas Edison was a little bit deaf at a early age so he couldn’t hear the teacher at school, so he did home school.

What? Thomas Edison like to invent things. One of his main inventions is the light bulb. Some of his inventions took years to make like the phonograph or the motion-picture projector and other inventions like that.

How? When Thomas Edison was 12 he worked in a train station tinkering with things and sending and getting messages in Morse Code which he was very good at. But in the end he gave up his job and moved on to inventing things.

Why? Thomas Edison is a great leader because he invents to help other people. He is a good role model and he makes the right choices in his life. I think he is an excellent and effective leader.
