How Can We Make a Difference? Procurement is always sourcing potential HUB vendors HUB’s are solicited for all RFP’s & IFB’s Printing Services & Copier Bids were awarded to HUB’s We attend Spot Bid Fairs, where we make contact with HUB vendors Procurement will be hosting a HUB fair this April (more details to come!) We collaborate with other state agencies to grow our HUB program Procurement is here to assist you with finding HUB’s

You Can Make a Difference with Quotes When do we obtain quotes from HUB’s? You should get quotes for every purchase (written or verbal) to ensure maximizing our expenditures When is it required? Federal Fund purchases ( & ) from $3,000 to $5,000 and all purchases over $5,000 not purchased under a cooperative purchasing network How many quotes do I need? You must solicit at least three quotes, two of which must be obtained from HUBs. If any are "No Bid", you must obtain a 4th bid from any vendor
