Kansas City Digital Inclusion Coalition The Greater Kansas City Digital Inclusion Coalition is a broad network of non-profits, businesses, faith-based institutions, libraries, city agencies, schools, community based organizations, colleges and universities, social service agencies, healthcare providers, housing and real estate companies, and community leaders in the bi-state Kansas City area.
