Is There A Need? In addition to the estimated $2 billion cut during the 2009-2010 school year, an estimated $1.5 billion was cut from school sports budgets during the 2010-2011 school year. Currently, 40 percent of school districts nationwide are charging fees to participate, known as “pay-to-play”

Our Mission Our organization is designed to provide equal opportunity for young athletes participating in recreational sports. Mainstream sports require substantial funds for participation. Many families across the nation do  not have the means available to participate in such programs. The PlayHard Project aims to bridge the gap to help families in need. Our goal is to provide equal opportunity for kids of all means to do so. Using government grants as well as corporate and private donations, the PlayHard Project will help families giving more young athletes a chance to better their future.

What We Do To Help The Playhard Project raises money in order to provide scholarships to deserving children In order to do this we must solicit donations from both private and corporate sponsors **The Playhard Project is a 501( c )(3) company
