Preferred Approach 1.Provide focused support at both National and “local” Development Site levels in the development and implementation of the Change Management Project Plan 2.Provide “local” support the Change Project Manger to secure the involvement of all staff and to generate commitment to the vision, values and behaviours required for success 3.Provide a change coordination and harmonisation role between individual Development Sites and the National Programme Team 4.Provide “local” skill and leadership development support as required
