Team 9 - myRoom Software controls four main interfaces -RFID Receiver -IR Transmitting Diodes -IR Receiver -Ethernet Adapter

Team 9 - myRoom RFID Receiver -Interfaced to SCI port -Recognizes unique RFID tags -Stores tag identification to be used in assigning room settings or to assist in creating settings

Team 9 - myRoom IR Transmitting Diodes -Interfaced to SCI port -Transmit the infrared codes to the output devices -Experimental delay in order to communicate to several devices

Team 9 - myRoom IR Receiver -Late addition to the project -Receives IR codes from a remote control -Stores these codes so that no IR code library is necessary -Learning Module

Team 9 - myRoom Ethernet Adapter -Necessary to provide web interface -Drives a website in order to set preferences -Brings up preferences of most recently scanned RFID tag -Preliminary design will only allow for selection of which interfaces to connect to -Will become more complex as pieces come together
