History of Walk MS Just over 28 years ago, the first Walk MS event was held by the National MS Society. Since 1988 more than $920 million dollars have been raised to drive groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs and guarantee a supportive community for those who need it most. Walk MS is a charity walk series that takes place in over 550 locations with more than 330,000 people participating annually. Walk MS is the 12 th largest organized walk in the country
How do I get Started? As part of the MS movement, you and your team are committed to a world free of MS. We’re committed to you and the success of your team. 1.Register as the Team Captain
Form a Team Recruit at least 3 more walkers to join you – your team can consist of friends, family & co-workers. The more the merrier. Walk MS considers a team to be of 4+ walkers
