Marks of a Spiritual Leader 1.Personal accountability – Constantly evaluate and adjust our own life before God. 2.Willing Oversight – Watch over others and intervene to help them. 3.Shepherding: Know and protect those we lead from biblical and spiritual error (20:28-31). 4.Studying: Stay absolutely committed to God’s word about grace that builds us up (20:32). 5.Sincere in Service: Don’t lead for financial gain but work hard and help the weak (20:35). 6.Sincere in Relationships: Care sincerely and invest in relationships (20:25, 36-38).
