Final Conference Preparation (format) Should we announce a Final meeting essentially intent on showing project results (scenario 1) WP results presentations during the morning session + Invited expert stakeholders’ presentations (3 or 4) On which topics ? Or should we leave little room for project results and publicise a wider scope of the Conference to include round tables/panel discussions with stakeholders/experts debating ? (Scenario 2) On which topics ? To be chosen in close relattion with our pilots (e.g. electric mobility, labeling etc.) Proposition :2 project results presenttaion in the morning followed by 1 panel discussionin the morning + 2 or 3 panel discussions in the afternoon Steering Committee – Rijeka 26 February 2014
