1.Create glider concept sketch. 2.Layout build plan considering materials provided (in this case 12”x24”x1.5”foam) Gliders By: Mr. D Czerny

Gliders 1.Cut and shape material using knives, hotwire foam cutter and sandpaper. 2.Create airfoil shapes using thin board (i.e. Masonite) to be glued temporarily onto foam as hotwire guide. By: Mr. D Czerny

Gliders 1.Assemble the glider (i.e. hot glue). 2.Test the glider. 3.Make design adjustments with the new information from test flying (i.e. elevator, ailerons, rudder) 4.Paint it and make it look nice. By: Mr. D Czerny
