The Process 1. Complete a career assessment prior to meeting with librarian. 2. Make an appointment with the librarian of your choice. 3. Minimum of 4 sources – including a current job posting. 4. Librarian completes documentation form.

Librarian Goals Helping the student obtain credible resources Assisting students to achieve greater information literacy skills Becoming acquainted with a librarian…..

Recommendations for Faculty Remind students they are not a burden to the librarians. Talk with your liaison librarian to make sure they have time for the number of students. Share the complete assignment with the librarians. Provide students with a list of available librarians. Consider a meeting deadline at least one week prior to assignment deadline.
