Grad Bash APRIL 15 JASON DERULO WILL PERFORM THIS YEAR!!! Info and Dress Code

Friday april 15 depart 3 pm STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT AT SCHOOL THE DAY OF THE TRIP THIS IS A VOLUNTARY FIELD TRIP STUDENTS WITH DISCIPLINE OR ATTENDANCE ISSUES MAY FORFEIT THEIR PRIVELEGE TO ATTEND THIS VOLUNTARY TRIP FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORMS ARE IN RM 533 MUST BE SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN AND STUDENT AND RETURNED BY MARCH 1 The park is closed and only opened to schools for this event therefore no annual passes, etc. are accepted and parents, etc. are not allowed to attend. All students must ride the charter bus to Universal to gain admittance and must stay until the park closes at 2AM and leave with their school

Universal orlando Universal Studios Orlando establishes the dress code. We also adhere to the school’s dress code the only exception is that girls may wear shorts and skirts/dresses at mid-thigh rather than at the knee. Cell phone charging stations are offered at the park if students wish to carry these items with them. THIS YEAR’S CONCERT PERFORMER IS JASON DERULO!!

What NOT wear… Tube tops, Sheer tops of any kind Midriff exposing shirts Tank tops or spaghetti straps, swim wear NO FRAYS OR HOLES IN JEANS OR SHORTS Hats of any kind; Skirts, shorts or dresses shorter than mid thigh; LOGOS Spiked or studded clothing and/or jewelry

Acceptable Clothing GIRLS Dresses, skirts, capris or Bermuda shorts, no shorter than mid-thigh Casual pants (including jeans) Casual blouses and tops with sleeves at least three inches wide Comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, dress sandals, boots and flip-flops) Purses no larger than half a sheet of paper (approx. 5”x5”) Cameras and cell phones

GIRLS ACCEPTABLE DO NOT WEAR

Acceptable Clothing GUYS Casual pants or shorts (including khakis and jeans), secured at waist Shirts with sleeves (golf/polo, dress and T- shirts with sleeves), sport jackets and dress suits Comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, dress shoes, boots and flip-flops) Cameras and cell phones

GUYS Do NOT wear Acceptable

GUYS AND GIRLS DO NOT WEAR LOGOS LARGER THAN A QUARTER STUDS ON ANYTHING, including Jewelry ANY SCHOOL LOGOS HATS

MISCELLANEOUS YOUR BAG WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IF IT IS LARGER THAN HALF A PIECE OF PAPER (approx. 5x5) 1. FOLD A PIECE OF NOTEBOOK PAPER IN HALF 2. LAY YOUR BAG ON TOP OF IT 3. IF IT IS NOT LARGER THAN THE PAPER IT WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE THEME PARK LEAVE LARGER ITEMS LIKE BLANKETS, HOODIES, ETC ON THE BUS. NO OPENED DRINKS OR ANY FOOD ALLOWED ON BUS OR IN THE PARK

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CARRY MEDICINES INTO THE PARK YOU MUST GET THE MEDICAL FIELD TRIP FORM FROM THE CLINIC AND SEE MS. RANDALL ROOM 533 TO HOLD YOUR MEDICINE-once in the park you may keep your own meds! THIS INCLUDES EPI PENS AND INSULIN!

BAG CHECKS Line up begins 2:30-3:00 IN THE GYM, YOU WILL SIT WITH YOUR BUS GROUPING ALL STUDENTS WILL BE CHECKED INCLUDING THEIR BAGS, BEFORE BOARDING THE BUS UNIVERSAL STUDIOS CHECKS ALL BAGS AND WILL SEIZE ITEMS NOT ALLOWED YOU WILL PASS THROUGH A METAL DETECTOR AT THE THEME PARK DRINKS MUST BE IN NEW, UNOPENED BOTTLES NO FOOD ON BUS WE DEPART PROMPTLY AT 3:00 AFTER DRESS CODE AND BAG CHECK IN THE GYM!
