Thanksgiving Dinner  Family’s are asked to buy tickets to the dinner.  The school purchases turkeys and has them prepared.  Classes are asked to bring in side dishes, desserts, and drinks.  Green beans  Greens  Mac N’ Cheese  Corn  Dressing  Roles  Gravy  Cranberry Sauce  Volunteers needed:  Servers  Set up  Clean Up

Guardian Schools Picnic at St. Pius  November 24  Will need volunteers to go to Holy Rosary to help  Mrs. May at if you want Help plan this exciting event  More information will be coming soon Guardian Schools Fall Festival at Holy Rosary  October 24 from 11-2  More information will be coming soon  If you want to get involved, Ms. Taylor:

Santa’s Workshop  Parents will send money in with the students to purchase items for family members.  Items cost from.50 to $20.  Volunteers need:  Set Up  Assisting Students with shopping (younger grades)  Gift wrapping  Clean up

Bowl-A-Thon  The children will get sponsors for them to bowl.  There is a registration fee for them to participate.  Food  Drinks  T-shirt  Volunteers Needed:  Donation solicitation  Chaperones  Assisting kids with bowling

Carnation Sale  Sell Carnations to the staff, parents, kids $1.  On Sale 2/8-2/11  Delivery on 2/12/16  Volunteers Needed:  Taking orders in the morning and afternoon on 2/8-2/11  Distribution of flowers on 2/12

Teachers Appreciation  Week long events for Teachers and Staff.  Students are encouraged to write poems, letters, or draw pictures showing their appreciation to the teachers and staff.  Volunteers Needed:  Donations solicitors  Daily events coordinators  Prep team for teachers gift distribution
