When FTA arrived we all introduced ourselves, and immediately they assured us that they would do their very best not to inconvenience us. The review lasted for 3 days and not 1 department suffered through the review. Our Review We have been through reviews before and so presenting our information, should be an easy task.

The review provided assurance in our day to day work. For every Policy and Procedure, Training File, Inspection, Record Keeping, and Interview which was asked for, we were ready to present. A Penny for our Thoughts The review gave positive feed back, pointing out our strengths, gaps and recommendations on how to improve in all areas.

If by mandating all Transit Agencies to under go a FTA Review will help Purpose Save 1 Life Prevent 1 Accident Prevent 1 Workplace Injury Prevent 1 Passenger injury FTA Keep up the good work
