An Ice Blaster is a Portable Machine which Uses CO 2 Pellets to Clean Energized Equipment Power Source is a 120V Generator and Diesel Powered Air Compressor for the Heated, Filtered Air What is an “Ice Blaster”?

“How” The Ice Blaster Works? CO 2 blasting: Is a Process in which Dry Ice Particles are Propelled At High Velocities To Impact and Clean A Surface. Applications: Include Cleaning Metal Enclosed Switchgears, Insulators, Transformer Radiators, and Other Energized Equipment Rated At Voltages Up To 15kV.

Process  The Cleaning Process Consists of Aiming a Specially Insulated Gun at Energized Electrical Equipment.  This Process Can Easily be Performed by Trained AE Crew Members.  The CO 2 Pellets Safely Clean Energized Equipment Without Damage.  No Other Companies in the Austin Area Provide this Service.

Convenience: It is a Portable Blasting Station Mounted Inside a Trailer Equipped with all the Necessary Materials for Air Powered Blasting. It is easily Mobilized and Capable of being Towed by Any One-Ton Vehicle.
