 Cold weather and snow has caused delays and difficulties with construction  Structural engineer will be assessing foundation before moving forward ◦ Hoping for end of March/early April ◦ Club will have representation at inspection ◦ Outcome will dictate timeline moving forward

 Will be starting season in old space ◦ Need to unpack and get things ready ◦ Goal to be ready for April 1st  Concerns have been raised regarding storage ◦ Contingency plans are a work in progress ◦ The RA and I are working together to come up with an interim solution  Operational Budget (2013) Funds ◦ Arrangements have been made so the end of the club fiscal year (March) will not be an issue.

 Continue working to get ready to hit ground running ◦ Racks ◦ Storage ◦ Etc…  Volunteers ◦ Design ◦ Construction ◦ Move  PADDLE! Please note this layout is a working draft only

 Inventory, clean/repair and pack  Aka the RACCC is taking over my house  Boats ◦ White Water  New boats and spray decks are here  Rob McIntyre will be taking charge of spring outfitting/repair ◦ Flat Water  New boats are ordered, expect spring delivery  Don Haines will be taking charge of spring repairs  Safety Stuff   Forms ◦ PLEASE fill in trip Log Forms!  If not for safety, then so we can collect usage data
