Where is Guyana located? is a state on the northern coast of South America that is culturally part of the Anglophone Caribbean.

Flag, Motto, Anthem: Guyana’s Motto is "One people, one nation, one destiny" Their national anthem is called "Dear Land of Guyana, of Rivers and Plains"

Sports: The major sports in Guyana are cricket (Guyana is part of the West Indies as defined for international cricket purposes), softball cricket (beach cricket) and football (soccer). Guyana played host to international cricket matches as part of the 2007 Cricket World Cup.

Economy: The main economic activities in Guyana are agriculture (production of rice and Demerara sugar), bauxite mining, gold mining, timber, shrimp fishing and minerals. Chronic problems include a shortage of skilled labour and a deficient infrastructure.

What do you or your peers like the most about Guyana? Their culture is very alive Despite the fact they aren’t truly apart of the Caribbean they hold the culture very strongly I love Guyanese gold The food is delicious Their wildlife sanctuary is beautiful
