Four Phases of Emergency Management  Mitigation: Prevention or lessening repeated impacts  Preparedness: Maintaining, improving plans. Training & Exercising plans.  Response: Coordination and managing emergency response.  Recovery: Damage Assessment. Restoring damage to pre-disaster condition.
